Important Information About COVID-19

The health and safety of all patients is our number one priority.

As of today, no cases of COVID-19 (coronavirus) have been identified at our facilities. Still, out of an abundance of caution, we are adding several procedures designed to protect you and those you love, including temperature checks, designated “well waiting areas,” and additional disinfecting techniques to name a few.

If you are experiencing fever of 100.5 or greater, cough, or shortness of breath, or if you suspect that you have been exposed to the coronavirus, call our office at 256-386-7774 for assistance. Please, DO NOT come to our office or any other health care location until you have spoken, by phone, to a health care provider.

This information applies also for Medical Associates of the Shoals, as well as for Medical Associates of the Shoals at Greenhill.
